Postage & Packing
All orders are sent First Class Recorded Delivery to addresses in the UK which includes Channel & Scilly Islands. Overseas orders are sent by Airmail International Signed for. Both these methods of postage require a signature on delivery. Any goods damaged in the post will be replaced on receipt of the damaged items and your postage will
be refunded. Postage & packing are charged for and must be added at the checkout stage. Overseas clients should add the correct postal rate for their destination in the shopping cart. Orders will not be processed if the incorrect postage rate for the destination is selected.

All items are printed & mounted to order, no stock is kept. Items will be dispatched within 14 days of the order and after any cheque / PayPal payment has been cleared.
All orders will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail where available.
Areas where Goods can be Delivered
I can send prints to most countries in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. There may be size restrictions however, If in doubt please enquire.
Cancellation & Returns
You have up to 7 days from the receipt of the goods by you to cancel the order for any reason. You must inform me either by email or ordinary mail of your intentions. You must thereafter return the goods to me in good condition and a full refund will be given. The cost of the return of the order is the responsibility of the client. A refund will be
sent within 30 days.

PAYMENTS
All online orders must be paid through PayPal. Offline orders are also accepted and you can select the Payment by email option in the shopping cart and follow the instructions. Orders will only be sent when the payment has been received by me or when I have received notification of payment from Paypal. I receive no credit / debit card information form PayPal and it is a scure method of making online payments.
COLOURS
My computer and printing equipment are all calibrated and the images may appear differently on equipment which is not calibrated. As each item is made to order a slight change in colour from that on this web site may occur,even between prints off the same subject. Prints should be framed under glass and kept out of direct sunlight and in an area of low humidity. I make no claims in respect of the longevity of the prints. I will not accept any responsibility for any colour fading / or changes in colour which may occur.
