The seller is D.G.Farquhar and my address is given below. Strictly no callers. All transactions are undertaken online All photographs were taken by me and I hold the copyright in all items. Nothing may be reproduced without my permission.

I only require your Name, Address, Post Code, Telephone Number and e-mail address. The information is only required for processing your order. No information is given to any other party. You will not receive unsolicited mail from me. [ See privacy statement]
Delivery
All items are printed & mounted to order, no stock is kept. Items will be dispatched within 30 days of the order and after any cheque / PayPal payment has been cleared. All orders will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail where available.
Areas where Goods can be Delivered
I can send prints to most countries in Europe, USA, Canada Australia, New Zealand If in doubt please enquire.
Cancellation & Returns
You have up to 7 days from the receipt of the goods by you to cancel the order for any reason. You must inform me either by email or ordinary mail of your intentions. You must thereafter return the goods to me in good condition and a full refund will be given. The cost of the return of the order is the responsibility of the client.
Sizes
All sizes are given in inches and are approximate. Sizes are dependant on photograph.
Postage & Packing
All orders are sent First Class Recorded Delivery to addresses in the UK which includes Channel & Scilly Islands. Overseas orders are sent by Airmail International Recorded Delivery. Both these methods of postage require a signature on delivery. Any goods damaged in the post will be replaced on receipt of the damaged items and your postage will be refunded.The postage rates quoted are for UK ONLY. Additional postage is payable on overseas sales.

I reserve the right to change prices or specification or description of items without notification.
PAYMENTS
All online prders must be paid through PayPal. Off LIne orders are also accepted and you can email with requirements and a cheque in Sterling can be sent to me. Orders will only be sent when the payment has been received by me or when I have received notification of payment from Paypal. Payments can be made by email as well as on line. Email with requirements and I will do a costing and send this to you by email and therefater a payment can be made. You do not have to be a member to use this secure facility.
COLOURS
As each item is made to order a slight change in colour from that on this web site may occur,even between prints off the same subject. Prints should be framed under glass and kept out of direct sunlight and in an area of low humidity. I make no claims in respect of the longevity of the prints. I will not accept any responsibility for any colour fading / or changes in colour which may occur.
